I was able to download the pdf of the year last of this site without any problems. I just installed Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on my Windows 7 computer and can't download a PDF from a government site. Now there must be the version of windows 10 trush because when I try to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC the installer says there is a newer version already installed.
